Enter-Life crisis? some advice please? a little long..bear with me?

Hello, there isn't any easy answer, but if it helps I can advice you to keep looking, if you don't make college for a few years that's okay too, just accept it, as a more mature student you will probably work harder at it when you get there. Life is constantly changing and it won't all be bad, better times are around the corner. I wouldn't worry about what others thought, your family did a brave thing upping sticks and going to a strange land, it takes more courage than most have, you tried. In the fullness of time when you look back at these times they will not be as painful as you believe and remember that it is only through adversity and hard times that we can learn the lessons that make us stronger, better people. Look on the situation as an opportunity to learn many great and valuable lessons. Don't go down the illegal route, it will haunt you and remember too that 'If you can't do the time, don't do the crime'. Thinking of you and wishing you better times. I admire you and your families guts in trying to make a new life.
