Start at the bottom with the harmonic balancer and work your way up around all the pulleys until you get to the altinator as this has the smallest pulley. Take a flat blade screw driver and put it between the pulley and the belt. Then work the belt around the pulley. Don't try and stretch it over. Your just going to use the screw driver as leverage as you go around the pulley with it.
