Ok, there's got to be a solution to dark under eyess!! HELP!?

ok, my eyes are pretty, but because my skin is sooo thin under neath, litterally, u can see a lot of veins and stuff right through... also its really purple and dark under my eyess.. its really annoying becuz like.. its just ugly!!! and it brings down my self esteem when ppl say, do you get any sleep?! when, i get the most sleep out of any one i know!!! help, plz!
