To enter a american college..?

well hi guys...am an exchange student from Mongolia and i study in american high school as a senior..and i wanna study college in US.but i dunno how to enter that..should i have to take a test or sumthing like TOEFL ,SAT,ACT etc.?.plz tell me and gimme sum advice please tnx u
