Why do women treat each other so poorly ?

My wife says that for the most part she doesn't like women. She says they are hard to get along with and will stab you in the back the first chance they get. She also said the woman want equal rights but don't want to do whats necessary to maintain those rights. She also says that yes woman have been and are treated poorly but do little to instill confidence in the people they are working for. Utlimately she says men get the job done with little drama and complaining and thats why they get ahead. Women are too busy trying to destroy one another, having children and being generally unproductive. My wife is a consultant for hospitals she is very logical and no non-sense. However, I will say that she is very fair and does not treat women in catty manner. And at the same time she is no push over. I do have to say men like her and woman hate her I don't get it. ( This is all generally speaking of course)
