My boyfriends ex wife has applied to CPP for credit spliting. He has had custody of both children with no support from her. He is also putting his youngest through college and she refuses to help. She will not talk to him but CPP wants the papers filled out in 45 days. Is there anyway to fight this? He was self employed for a long time but she worked and probably contributed longer. What are his rights?
