Ramadan: I cannot follow the command?

(sunnah) regarding Hajar al aswad.For sure this goes against my understanding of God and worship.Inshallah if i ever get a chance for Hajj, i dont think i will perform this ritual(not obligatory ofcourse).Is it wrong for me to think the like?
