Danger of swallowing two drops of Nasal Drops (Otrivine) aka metazoline hydrochloride by accident?

Was supposed to take 2 drops 3 times a day and swallowed about 2 drops by accident, I'm thinking it all goes down the throat anyway so probably isn't a big deal but just to be on the safe side! Thanks
