Can I get accutane a second time without having to try other meds first?

I was on accutane two years ago and it did wonders for my skin, but I remember I had to try all kinds of antibiotics and creams(which did not help my acne at all) before my derm would prescribe me accutane. I was clear for a year and a half after accutane but over the last six months the acne has slowly crept back up on me. my skin isn't as bad now as it was the first time I went on accutane but its oily all the time with lots of little zits and only 1 or 2 big ones. I have pretty bad body acne too. I have a derm appointment next month and would like to do a second course of accutane. If I ask for it will my derm prescribe it to me right away or do I have to go through all the useless antibiotics and creams again first?
