Does anyone know if the state of Missouri allows pregnant women with medicaid to go through water birthing?

I have tried getting ahold of someone at dss to answer this question for me and I have tried to look it up online. The lady that I talked to gave me the run around and really didnt answer my question about it. This is my first baby and I was really wanting to have it in a birthing center that does water birth, or even a hospital that has a birthing pool, I only need to know if medicaid will cover it. I have no job but my husband does, he doesnt make more than 1,000 dollars a month and we are stuck otherwise so please if you know that missouri allows it under medicaid or if you know a website that is useful that might answer my question please I would appreciate it.
