What is the correct way to write "del" in Spanish?

I'm updating the "Locations" page for my company's Web site. Some of the street names have the word "del" in them - as in "Camino del Rio" and "Avenido del Oro." Is the "D" capitalized or lowercase? Thanks for your help.
