Heathrows' Terminal 5 - has anybody used it?

As well as they tried they ruled out the human element.Heathrow is a chaotic Airport without the new terminal.So they intend to get you through the terminal then dump you on the street.The Airport has some of the worst staff in the industry many who dont speak proper English.Its Manchester for me not operated by BAA.
