Does anyone have some advice for convience for my guests?

My wedding is in august and on a friday. Well his family mostly all live in our town but mine don't! None of my bms or my moh, 2 out of state and 4 3 hrs away. I want to make everything convient for everyone so I'm trying to figure out when I should do my bridal shower or a tea time and if I should do a bacherlette party. Our rehearsal dinner is on wednesday night and then like I said our wedding on friday. Any ideas on what days I should have my parties or which ones I should still have. I don't want to be rude to my bms or otherr guest in having them drive back and forth a bunch of days or making them take a week off from work, or should I?? I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, and ill pick a best.
