I need your advice asap?

I don't have sleep the entire night because of what had happened yesterday (a horrible embarrment). I want to go to school today because I have important obligations (I am a team leader) and we have a major exam today. I don't know how to interact with my peers considering my situation yesterday-- it was really a big embarrment and I looked like totally fool. Will my peers reject me or will still they accept me. I don't know how to talk to them. I really need your advice. I am always close to them but I am hiding a weird secret that was divulge yesterday.
