What if in your high school the freshmen girls are better looking/personality then senior?

Im a senior.. alot of the girls in my grade are okay... or mean.. or both. Ive had a gf my age before but it didnt work out. When senior year started i saw a cute girl and i could not believe she was a freshmen. I want to ask her out is it wrong? im pretty young senior tho and i look pretty young im graduating at 17 and stuff. Ive had a gf before and Ive tried girls in my grade but i find them uninteresting and they judge alot. I truly have a crush on this girl and im not tryna get at her because she could be easy, Im not tryna have i just think shes cute and i wanna see whats up you know? is this wrong?
